三合一一体化组合探头主要监测哪三个参数
?振动速度?：测量箱体振动的有效值，用于判断机械运行是否平稳 。
?润滑油温度?：监测减速箱内部油温，防止过热导致设备损坏 。
?润滑油位?：监测油位高低，防止缺油或溢油影响润滑效果
三参数（温度、油位、振动）组合探头是冷却塔风机安全监控系统中一种非总线结构的通用型组合探头。它可以直接与安徽万珑电气三参数安全监控仪配接，实现单台设备监控。也可以与多种通用二次仪表，或计算机数据采集测控系统(DCS、PLC等)连接使用 。冷却塔风机是生产企业的重要设备,在长期、恶劣的运行环境中，难免产生部件腐蚀、缺油磨损、材料疲劳，从而引起另部件松动、摩擦加剧、动不平衡、抖动增大等现象,若不能及时发现处理,将引起轴承烧毁、机件损坏,甚至叶片断裂的恶性事故。
冷却塔风机最关键的安全运行指标是机械振动参数。根据“国际标准化组织ISO-2372标准”对该类设备安全监测的规定：风机各部位运动摩擦部件所产生的复杂振动监测量，应该是与振动能量成正比的振动速度的真有效值（RMS）；振动探测的频带范围应满足10～1000HZ；而振动方向的探测则应当是全方位的。
这种应用于风机减速箱安全运行监测的组合探头，在其内部分别集成了测量油温、油位、振动信号的传感、转换和变送电路，直接输出相对应的4～20mA标准电流信号，可以配接各种通用型二次仪表或计算机数字采集监控系统 。
探头内的温度测量使用了半导体集成传感器；油位测量采用了电容式传感原理，液位的高低正比于容器与测杆之间电容的大小，通过测量电路的转换，可以很方便地测量出液面的位置；用于振动测量的磁电式传感器可以直接获取机械振动的速度信号，经放大器、带通滤波器、真有效值（RMS）变换器，将有效带宽内的复杂振动波形进行真有效值转换，z终由电压/电流驱动电路产生4～20mA输出 。
该组合探头为小型一体化全不锈钢防腐结构，输出传送方式具有长线抗干扰能力，加上良好的密封和抗震防爆措施，使其能够在测量现场恶劣环境下长期在线工作 。是目前现代工业、国防、科研、不可以少的设备安全监测单元。

The integrated three-parameter combination probe is a combined sensing and transmitting unit used for monitoring the safe operation of large and medium-sized rotating equipment such as cooling tower fans.
The probe, when used in conjunction with the fan safety monitor, enables online safety monitoring of mechanical vibrations, reducer lubricant temperature, and lubricant oil level during fan operation.
It integrates three sets of sensors, amplifiers, and compensation transmitter circuits within. Utilizing digital encoding technology, it implements a four-wire bus connection method, enabling the parallel connection of up to eight probes on a single four-core cable while simultaneously measuring up to 24 safety operating parameters for eight devices. This product is particularly suitable for safety monitoring of fan clusters.
